Upon successful completion, you will receive the nationally recognized BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification. This certification is current as of January 31, 2025, and reflects the latest updates to the qualification, including new elective units in cyber security awareness added in Release 4 of the Business Services Training Package.
